The key to shifting quickly, is neutrality. You believe it, yet you feel no emotional attachment to it.

Throughout our lives, we store unprocessed emotions in our bodies attached to beliefs and memories. These emotions compound over time. The more emotions attached, the heavier that belief feels. 

When it feels heavy, it feels absolute. It's not the ultimate truth, its simply the truth you are experiencing. When we release these emotions, release the triggers, it becomes so easy and simple to create new beliefs, new truths, new absolutes that actual support us and our journey through life.
